NEWS FLASH 1 // CCR - Custom College Recruiting

KARobbins LLC began advising Custom College Recruiting, that provides high school age athletes and their families with the right platform that educates them about recruiting and eligibility, certifies their abilities with experienced college coaches on staff and then connects those players with the 1,000's of qualified college options available.

We led the recent secondary funding for continued expansion outside Basketball, into other sports and support for existing international growth.

NEWS FLASH 2 // FLOAT Financial gets Funding

KARobbins LLC began advising and funding Float Financial's key loan program of offering loyalty based loans at 0% interest.

We helped define the senior lending structure now in place that supports Float's plans for more signficant growth and much needed capital in this non-traditional lending space. (See Float's video)

NEWS FLASH 3 // ClearLeaf enters Tax Lien market

The founders of ClearLeaf, KARobbins LLC and Kelmanson Holdings, together began underwriting and purchasing tax liens and providing operating support for others buying tax liens through Purestone Loan services.

Both capital commitments and operating support have been put in place for extended growth geographically.

NEWS FLASH 4 // Compliance Assurance is Sold

Following KARobbins LLC's lead role in the recapitalization of Compliance Assurance Corporation in 2011 and Board advisory position, the company's successful growth led to a liquidity event in just 18 months.

Compliance Assurance was acquired by StoneRiver, a leading provider of compliance solutions and services to the insurance industry allowing it to expand the breadth of it's offerings.
